Scye — named after a tailor’s term for the armhole — was founded by CEO Hideaki Miyahara and designer Hisayo Hidaka, who place great value on the "essence" and "process" of clothing production. Their designs, infused with a modern sensibility, are said to command the respect of even seasoned fashion professionals at first glance. Perhaps only they themselves can surpass what they’ve created.
