Shipping

We ship all over the world.

Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, North America, Europe, Australia and all countries and areas where EMS, DHL or FedEx reach.

※Orders from countries that cannot be delivered will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Time - we will confirm and dispatch your order in 5-10 working days. It will take 7-14 working days shipping worldwide. Please be aware that delivery could be delayed depending on customs inspection, in case of natural disasters, and other reasons such as postal strikes.

Delivery Costs - Our delivery costs vary by country. The shipping fee will be visible at checkout.

Track Your Order - Your tracking number can be found in your Dispatch Confirmation email.

 

Import duties, taxes, and charges

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
  • We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against international laws.

Refund

For overseas orders, no returns will be accepted for customer reasons, such as incorrect size or mistaken impression of the product.

Exchanges or refunds will be accepted if the product delivered is not what you ordered or is defective for reasons attributable to us. Please notify us of the order number and details of the return or exchange at the contact information below within 3 days after delivery of the product. We will bear shipping costs in such a case.

If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 3 days of delivery, as indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. We will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

  • Customer reasons.
  • Refuse to pay import duties or taxes
  • More than 3 days have passed since the item was delivered.
  • The item has been used.
  • Items that have acquired odours or are dirty due to the customer, and items that are damaged.
  • Products missing their accessories, boxes, etc.
  • The item has been mended or washed.
  • Sale items.
