【Design】 Based on a vintage "add-on hood" style sweatshirt. It replicates a rare front-zip vintage model characterized by a hood that looks as if it were forcibly attached as an afterthought. The design intentionally recreates the relaxed, stretched-out ribbing, distorted pockets and V-gussets, and the small, non-wearable hood found on vintage originals, resulting in a deliberately slouchy silhouette.
【Material】 The outer fabric is a loopback knit (French terry) created by analyzing vintage garments. Knitted without placing undue stress on the yarn, the fabric achieves a thick, substantial feel that remains soft and plush rather than stiff. The thermal lining was also developed through the analysis of vintage pieces.
【Lining】 An original waffle-knit fabric made from uneven "slub" yarn, recreated based on vintage analysis.
【Hardware】 Asahi zippers.
【Processing】 Craftsmen manually apply finishes to replicate the color unevenness and signs of aging—such as wear and damage—found on vintage originals.
*As the finishing is done by hand, the appearance varies from piece to piece. Please understand that individual differences, such as scuffs or minor scratches, are part of the design. In the pursuit of an authentic vintage look, please note that some colors may have low lightfastness and could be susceptible to discoloration.
