A larger version of the popular mod.319 has been unveiled as a new release for 2026. The mod.319 has enjoyed an exceptionally long run as an acetate frame since its debut in the 9th Collection.
While it tones down the highly intricate technical details often associated with EYEVAN 7285, the frame caught our eye at Pon Megane for its American vintage aesthetic—specifically evoking styles like the "Nom de Guerre" or "Bryan." We were drawn to details such as the sharp definition of the front's outer edges and the specific aspect ratio of the lenses. It may not be flashy at first glance, but it offers a clean, refined look when worn while still delivering the satisfying sense of presence one seeks in an acetate frame. It was a model that made us think, "We've found a winner!" when the 47mm size was first released.
It is rare to find a frame that combines a large front with a slender profile and a sharp, defined look.
