The outer fabric of FreshService's down jacket has been updated to resemble the uniform of a fictional delivery company.

The PERTEX QUAMTUM used is an extremely lightweight and extremely strong material that is made from the world's lightest ultra-fine threads woven at high density.

The authentic design features plenty of high-quality down, which provides plenty of heat retention, and the voluminous form typical of FreshService, while the stretch cord at the hem allows for adjustment of the silhouette.

Refund Policies

For overseas orders, no returns will be accepted for customer reasons, such as incorrect size or mistaken impression of the product.

If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 5 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. We will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
