This material uses colored threads with different shades of color for the warp and weft, known as solid chambray. The 30-count single yarn, which is specialized for volume and unevenness, is loosely woven on a shuttle loom to create a fabric that is fluffy to the touch and lightweight. Selvedge is used on the pocket opening fabric.
