The JAPAN EDITION collection was developed by a Japanese design team to suit the climate and trends of Japan. Based on the design of LL Bean polo shirts from the 1990s, the material and fit have been updated. The original material, made of a special irregular cross-section polyester yarn and knitted with a pique border, has a matte, natural look and a dry, cotton-like feel, making it comfortable even in hot and humid seasons. It has a roomy box silhouette.

Material & Care

  • Made of 100% polyester
  • By giving the thread itself an irregular cross section, it achieves moisture absorption, quick drying, and a matte finish like cotton.
  • The yarn itself has the functionality, rather than being post-processed, so it maintains its moisture absorption and quick-drying properties even after repeated washing, and is resistant to fading, allowing you to enjoy it for a long time.
  • It also has the advantage of being less prone to shrinkage and twisting than cotton.
  • Ribbed section made of 97% polyester/3% polyurethane
  • Machine washable
  • Use a laundry net when washing/use a cloth when ironing
  • Please wash separately
  • Will shrink slightly when washed
  • For off-white and light-colored items, please use a non-fluorescent detergent.
  • Do not soak or leave wet.
  • Dark colors may transfer to other items when rubbed or wet, so please be careful when wearing them with white or light colors.
  • Please avoid ironing the print.
