This series draws inspiration from vintage denim, such as that featured in John Steinbeck's masterpiece "The Grapes of Wrath," and adds Porter Classic's unique interpretation. The denim has a vintage feel, and the warp threads, which use long slub yarns of varying thickness randomly, are characterized by the rough and deep texture unique to vintage denim. The natural unevenness created by the short pitch is also appealing.
