It was created by crossing the Sujata variety of Indian cotton with the Vincent variety of Sea Island cotton, and only the first and second picked varieties are called Subingold. Due to its rarity, delicate and supple feel, it is considered one of the best cottons, and is extremely comfortable to wear. The highest quality gauze fabric is a strong ally in midsummer.
