This wool mohair poplin sports coat is an unliked combination of details from sports coats of various eras.
Based on a navy blazer made in 1977, the designer's birth year, it adds elements of the 1960s and 2000s to create an unliked balance.
Based on a 1960s sports coat, the three-button notch lapel with a center hook vent combines with elements from the 1960s, including the distinctive 1970s lapels, extremely low chest welt pockets, and sloping shoulders, creating a unique balance.
The back is made from a single piece for a light and airy look, while the sleeves are lined with polyester mesh for a hidden touch.
The cupra lining is clearly visible when the cuffs are rolled up, creating a basic look.
It features features to make the hot Japanese summer as comfortable as possible.

Fabric
This high-density mohair poplin uses a 60/2 wool warp and a 30/1 blend of 70% wool and 30% mohair for the weft.

Despite being made of wool, the mohair weft has a characteristic lustrous color and a dry, crisp texture, creating a refreshing feel suitable for use as a spring/summer garment.

This is a washable worsted wool material.
