This metal frame has a Wellington-like shape but is actually an octagon upon closer inspection. The slight presence of corners creates a better fit compared to a standard Wellington, likely due to the added depth and variation in the shape.

The rim is slender, as are the bridge and temples, which are also designed with a slim profile. This season has seen the release of many frames with smaller lens sizes. In contrast to the oversized shapes trending overseas, this design reflects a distinctly Japanese aesthetic.
