Delivery Time

We will confirm and dispatch your order in 7-14 working days. It will take 7-14 working days shipping worldwide. Please be aware that delivery could be delay depending on customs inspection, in case of natural disasters, and other reasons such as postal strikes.

Import duties, taxes, and charges

As a Buyer, you agree to pay any and all local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales taxes) that may be due with respect to your purchase transaction. We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes so please be aware that your orders could incur customs charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.

For overseas orders, no returns will be accepted for customer reasons, such as incorrect size or mistaken impression of the product.

If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 5 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. We will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

• Customer reasons.
• Refuse to pay import duties or taxes
• More than 3 days have passed since the item was delivered.
• The item has been used.
• Items that acquired odors or are dirty due to the customer, and items that are damaged.
• Products missing their accessories, boxes, etc.
• The item has been mended or washed.
• Sale items.
