The belt loops are arranged in the same way as the war model, with the same thickness and position, and the rivets. The original tuck buttons are used. The fabric is a 13.5oz Kibata denim, which was created by analyzing the war model. The yarn is unraveled from old clothes and spun with a weakly twisted nep yarn and cotton leaf residue. The uneven shape is reproduced by reproducing the natural machine unevenness caused by the cotton blend and machine settings, and the weft thread has been analyzed and its rotation speed and shape have been changed from the warp thread. The color of the cotton itself is now produced with a high whiteness due to breeding improvements, but American cotton (E.M.O.T. "Eastern, Memphis, New Orleans, Texas") is blended in to reproduce a creamy color close to the brown cotton of the time. It reproduces a darker indigo color than the regular cotton, without any additives such as sulfur. The wash finish is reminiscent of a one-wash mint condition, which is rarely seen in vintage items.

Refund Policies
