The watch is manufactured by a major Japanese watch manufacturer and uses indigo for the watch case, dial and belt. Indigo is deeply rooted in Japanese people's lives and was a symbolic colour of Japan during the samurai period, when it was favoured as a colour of victory and good fortune. The design has an analogue display with an easy-to-read time display and no ornate decorations, and everything from the indexes and hands to the logo is unified in white to create a clean impression, valuing the beauty and atmosphere of the letters. For overseas orders, no returns will be accepted for customer reasons, such as incorrect size or mistaken impression of the product.
If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 5 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. We will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

- More than 3 days have passed since the item was delivered.
- The item has been used.
- Items that acquired odors or are dirty due to the customer, and items that are damaged.
