Service's sauna mat with a light outer fabric bonded with highly resilient cushioning material for comfortable seating. The mat can be folded compactly when not in use, making it easy and convenient to carry around. It is hygienic as it is machine washable at home.

When opened, the mat may have a distinctive smell. This smell will diminish with use.

Delivery Time

Refund Policies

For overseas orders, no returns will be accepted for customer reasons, such as incorrect size or mistaken impression of the product.

If you would like an exchange due to DEFECT, it must be requested within 5 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. We will not accept any returned merchandise without any written communication via email and authorised confirmation.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

  • Customer reasons.
  • More than 3 days have passed since the item was delivered.
  • The item has been used.
  • Items that acquired odors or are dirty due to the customer, and items that are damaged.
  • Products missing their accessories, boxes, etc.
  • The item has been mended or washed.
