The "MOUNTAIN PEAK DOWN JACKET," developed in collaboration with professional mountaineer Hirotake Takeuchi and NANGA, is a high-spec down jacket designed for 6,000m-class mountain environments. Combining knowledge gained from mountaineering experience with NANGA's downwear manufacturing technology, we have thoroughly pursued comfort and reliability while on the move.
The outer fabric is made of 13-denier nylon, which is lightweight yet strong, durable, and water-repellent. Its high-density weave and waterproof/breathable laminated 2.5-layer construction ensures comfort even in harsh environments.
The down is filled with 100g of ULDX (Hungarian silver goose down, 95-5%, 900FP) with an ultra-water-repellent finish. It provides reliable warmth while remaining lightweight.
In terms of design, the sharp silhouette and three-dimensional cut ensure ease of movement. Pockets of various sizes are located on the chest and sides, allowing for efficient storage of a variety of gear, including gloves and devices. The back is padded for backpack use, and ventilation at the neck and hem balances humidity control with comfort.
